It all started after my 10th board exams. With some free time and zero expectations, I began recreating pictures I liked—no rules, no formal training—just me, a brush, and colors. And those colors weren’t shy. I was drawn to boldness, brightness, and contrast. I didn’t paint the “right” way; I painted my way. And that freedom? It was addictive.
Today, art is my passion, my outlet, and a core part of who I am. I work full-time in the corporate world, but I live for the hours when I can create. I never limit myself to one style or theme. Some days it’s monochrome minimalism, other days it’s vibrant rainbows, animals, birds, or abstract emotions. I even explore scientific ideas and surreal concepts—anything that makes me feel something, or makes me curious.

Welcome to my world of color and chaos!
This wasn’t supposed to be my story. But here we are.
Hi, I’m Meghna — a full-time corporate professional, and a self-taught artist whose journey into painting was anything but planned.
As a child, I used to dread art class. I’d skip it whenever I could, and when I couldn’t, I’d ask my parents to do my school art projects for me. It just wasn’t “my thing.” I never thought I had the talent or interest for it. Ironically, the very subject I once avoided has become the one thing that truly keeps me hooked in adulthood.

I studied engineering, and now I dream of engineering art like no one has before—by combining precision with imagination, logic with raw emotion. I especially love creating large-format artworks with intricate detail, the kind that draws you in the closer you look.
I’m not a traditionally trained artist—and that’s something I proudly own. I didn’t learn art. I discovered it. I created my own path, my own rules, and I believe you don’t need formal training to express something real and powerful.
This is just the beginning of my creative journey, and I can’t wait to take it to the next level. If my story tells you anything, let it be this: you don’t have to be born an artist or taught to be one. You just have to feel it, follow it—and let it change you.
"If you hear a voice within you saying, 'You are not a painter, 'then by all means paint, boy, and that voice will be silenced."
- Vincent van Gogh
